    Done
    1. Take flour, semolina and salt in a food processor or a blender and combine well.
    2. Then add in 1 cup of water and process it.
    3. While machine running, add in olive oil and vinegar .
    4. Then add remaining 3/4 cup of water and process it well without leaving any lumps.
    5. Now pour the batter in a bowl and cover it with aluminium foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 8 to 10 hours or over night.
    6. The next day, take water in a deep vessel and bring to boil. Then keep non stick pan on top of it.
    7. When your pan get enough heat, dip a pastry brush or bristle brush in the batter and quickly brush it over the hot pan in round shape.
    8. When the batter get dry completely and edges begin to curl (it takes about 2 minutes), peel off and keep it in an oil applied plate.
    9. Now brush enough oil on the prepared sheet and cover it with a kitchen towel to prevent it from drying.
    10. Now prepare the rest of the batter in the same  manner.
    11. You can make several dishes with this at the same time or keep all the prepared sheet in a plastic cover and refrigerate it for 3 to 4 days or freeze it for a month.
