250 g Potatoes about 3 small
60 g Onion 1 small
1 Egg
2 1/2 table-spoon All purpose flour
1 table-spoon Yogurt
1/2 table-spoon Pepper Powder
1/4 table-spoon Chilli Flakes
to taste Salt
enough to shallow fry Oil

      1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Then grate with finest grater.
      2. Then grate the onion as well using the same side of the grater.
      3. Add in egg, flour,pepper, yoghurt, chilli flakes and salt and mix really well using your spatula.
      4. Then, heat oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat, and using a large spoon pour in the prepared batter.
      5. Cook untill golden brown on both the sides.
      6. Serve it hot with some sour cream and tomato ketchup.

      • You can adjust or avoid chilli flakes and or black pepper.
