  1. Wash and strain the sesame seeds in a colander.
  2. Dry roast them in a pan until all water evaporate and sesame seeds become lightly brown.

  1. Take them to a food processor or blender, process them until well grinded.
  2. Add oil and salt and grind them again until smooth. (I used olive oil).

  1. Transfer them to a clean jar and store them in refrigerator.
  2. Use them for Dressing for your salad, or for making hammus, or use them to make your favorite dip.

Tips & Tricks

  • You could add little more oil to make tahini little more thinner.
