Adjust Servings:
1 1/2 Cup (300g) Cooked Chick pea(kabuli chana)
1 Clove Garlic
4 pieces (Or as per taste) Sun Dried Tomato
2 Table Spoon tahini
From Half lemon or as per taste Lemon juice
Salt to taste
3 Table spoon Water

    Take all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.

    Blend them until they are creamy and smooth.

    Top them with little more olive oil and some chopped sun dried tomatos.

    Serve them immediately or it can be refrigerated for couple of days.

    Use hammus as dip or as spread on your bread or tortillas for sandwiches.
